Relax during a 45-minute private session in our premium infrared saunas.
Facilities include warm showers, toilets, and changing areas, along with a water station offering ambient and chilled water to keep you refreshed.
Please note the infrared and traditional sauna areas are separate, with no access between them during sessions. Infrared sessions do not include ice bath access.
What to Bring:
• Two towels (one for the sauna, one for after) •

• Swimwear (required for all sessions) •
